We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Front of House Barista to join our dynamic team at Donato Cafe Mount Martha. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and expertly crafted coffee beverages to our valued patrons.

About the Role This casual position will require flexibility, with varying days and hours, including some opening and closing shifts, as well as a rotational Sunday Barista shift. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working independently behind the coffee machine, able to thrive under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity during busy periods.

Key Requirements To be considered for this position, you will need to possess:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista, with a strong foundation in coffee preparation and presentation

* Excellent front-of-house skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and work well in a team environment

* The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail

* Knowledge of coffee machines and grinders, with the ability to adjust coffee grind and weigh coffee to precise specifications

* A strong work ethic and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
