Ellis’ Belly is a local café in the heart of Northcote, known for serving high-quality coffee and seasonal food in a warm, welcoming space. We take pride in using Market Lane Coffee and our La Marzocco machine to craft every cup with care.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate has a passion for specialty coffee, great attention to detail, and a love for connecting with customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident barista skills, including latte art

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability Monday–Friday (7:30am–2:30pm) and weekends (8am–3pm)
