Qualified Pastry Cook

Johnny Baker is a small, yet busy patisserie in Castlemaine, Regional Victoria, known for our delicious pastries, pies, tarts and cakes. We're currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pastry Cook to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis. The candidate will work 5 days a week and must be available weekends with all shifts starting at 6am. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of pastries from scratch, maintaining high-quality standards, working independently and collaboratively, ensuring food safety, and decorating cakes and pastries with creativity.
