Head Barista

Head Barista Location: Mount Waverley

Noto Pantry is looking for an experienced Head Barista to join our tight-knit team as we continue to grow.

About the role:

• Confident dialing in and managing the machine independently

• Responsible for ordering and stock control for the coffee section

• Support FOH and floor staff when needed (we are a quieter venue)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong barista experience

• Reliable, organised, and quality-focused

• Able to work independently and take ownership
