Head Barista Location: Mount Waverley
Noto Pantry is looking for an experienced Head Barista to join our tight-knit team as we continue to grow.
About the role:
Confident dialing in and managing the machine independently
Responsible for ordering and stock control for the coffee section
Support FOH and floor staff when needed (we are a quieter venue)
What we’re looking for:
Strong barista experience
Reliable, organised, and quality-focused
Able to work independently and take ownership
