Position: Barista All-Rounder - Immediately start!

The Brew Cafe & Toast is a new local spot specializing in Espresso, Vietnamese Coffee, and Matcha. We are looking for a coffee lover to join our friendly crew! We are a tight-knit team that supports each other and loves to hang out.

What we need from you:

• Experience: You have worked as a barista in Melbourne. You know how to adjust grinders, dial in shots, and understand extraction.

• Personality: You are confident speaking English, have great customer service skills, and bring a positive attitude.

• Teamwork: You are helpful and treat colleagues with respect.

• Hustle: You are willing to help carry tables and chairs for our outdoor area.

Bonus points if you:

• Speak Vietnamese.

• Can make sandwiches.

• Have experience with Vietnamese coffee & matcha.
