Head Barista – Full Time Position

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team full time.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in delivering consistently exceptional coffee.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Head Barista role

Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, dialing in, and workflow management

- Confident handling multiple kilos per shift in a high-volume setting

- Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards

- Latte art skills highly regarded

- Fast, efficient, and calm under pressure

- Positive, can-do attitude with strong team spirit

Your Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily coffee service and maintaining quality control

- Managing workflow during busy periods

- Training and supporting junior baristas

- Ensuring consistency in taste and presentation

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
