Job offer: Café Manager at Croissanteria into Crown Casino Melbourne available now!

 Full time contract, 38 hours / Week, salary based on experience (70K - 75K + super).

We are seeking a serious candidate to succeed our Manager, who is leaving at the end of January.

Croissanteria is a stylish Café - Bakery located in Melbourne's Crown Casino freshly opened.

At the Croissanteria, we offer fresh, quality products in a cosy and elegant space, with a Mediterranean atmosphere and lively musical events.

Key Responsibilities:

-Sense of duty and autonomy.

A good attitude everyday, good vibes and a big smile!

-Mentoring a team of 5-8 people min, and demonstrating leadership on a daily basis .

-Master the roster and understand PnL thoroughly.

-Organisations and stock orders and maintain impeccable cleanliness into the Café (checklists, sheet order)

-Ensure solid and consistent quality customer service.

-Strong communication & sales skills.

-Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation all the time.

Required Profile: Non-negotiable

-2 year experience as Manager in hospitality sector.

-Being comfortable with counter sales and mastering Symphony sales systems is a must.

-Coffee skills, latte art is a must (busy day 10kg!)

-Be creative in launching new items on our menus.

-Be available during the weekend.

-RSA (alcohol license)
